- 200g dark chocolate 70%
- 120g Nutella
- 80g butter
- 8 eggs
- 40g caster sugar
Melt the finely chopped chocolate and the Nutella with the butter cut in small chunks, mix well and leave it to cool down until it reaches 20°c.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, put the yolks in a bowl and the whites in a larger bowl.
Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate, Nutella and butter and mix .
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Once the whites have a mousse texture, add the sugar and whisk until the mixture goes yellower.
Softly and gently, gradually incorporate the egg whites and sugar to the chocolate mixture.
Put the finished product in one large bowl or four small bowls and let it set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
