Keen Yorkshire foodies can get up close and personal with Yves at a series of master classes being held at Cooks – the Carlton School of Food based at Carlton Towers near Selby.
Designed to help foodies take their cooking to the next level, enthusiasts inspired by Master Chef and the Great British Bake Off can learn time honoured techniques directly from Yves.
