Lobster Caesar salad with, lobster tempura avocado, parmesan shaves, crispy onion

Duck, pistachio, tarragon, and wholegrain mustard pâté en croute, red onion chutney

Seam bream ceviche with orange oil, dill waffle, lovage pesto

Scallops on a a lemon balm skewer, mushroom mousseline, scallop tuile, smoked oil

Whitby crab cake with lemon and coriander, avocado, tartar sauce

 

Main Courses

Grilled monkfish fillet, chorizo and garden pea arancini, baby vegetables, saffron cream

Grilled sirloin with charcoal oil, dauphinoise potatoes, baby vegetables, Diane sauce

Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, garlic flan, baby vegetables, five spices sauce

Turbot fillet poached in white wine, dauphine potatoes, baby vegetables, Hollandaise sauce

Duck breast, duck cottage pie, Ana Potatoes, baby vegetables, plum liqueur sauce

 

Desserts

Le Citron: yuzu lemon mousse, minted candied lemon, white chocolate coating, lemongrass coulis

Fraisier: sponge biscuit, Champagne diplomat cream, strawberries, strawberry coulis

Raspberry millefeuille with lemon verbena mousseline, raspberry sauce

Le Dôme: vanilla madeleine biscuit, mascarpone mousse, blackcurrant centre, milk chocolate glazing

Dark chocolate sphere filled with elderflower mousse and caramelised pecan, warm caramel sauce

 

Petit four: macaron


It is possible to include a cheese dish for an additional £7 per person

Roasted honeyed goat cheese on a toast with beetroot and salad

Deep fried camembert, leaves and cranberry sauce
