Starters

Confit mixed beetroots, goat’s cheese crumble, beetroot foam, candied chestnut

Smoked butternut velouté, poached egg, confit butternut, brioche croutons

Roasted figs stuffed with Harrogate Blue mousse, rocket salad, croutons, blackcurrant vinaigrette

Jerusalem artichoke, chorizo, and hazelnut croquettes, with lamb lettuce, orange and cocoa dressing

Queen scallops, mushroom, and baby vegetables vol-au-vent, tio pepe sherry sauce

 

Main Courses

Roasted cod loin, broccoli croquette, baby vegetables, samphire cream

Slow-cooked feather blade Bourguignon, mixed vegetables 

Pork loin, rösti, crackling, baby vegetables, three mustard sauce

Herb fed chicken breast, hazelnut crumbs, baby vegetables, ginger beer sauce

Orzo risotto with roasted king prawns, beurre blanc, and parmesan tuile

 

Desserts

Ultra fondant chocolate and caramel cake, caramel tuile, crème anglaise

Biscoff tart, beer caramel, chocolate and coffee ganache

Dark chocolate mousse, peanut praliné, creamy caramel, and vanilla sauce

Shortbread with hibiscus pannacotta, orange insert, and mandarin coulis

Namelaka and Baileys cream, whisky madeleine, and mulled wine tuile

 

Petit-four: macaron


It is possible to include a cheese dish for an additional £7 per person

Roasted honeyed goat cheese on a toast with beetroot and salad

Deep fried camembert, leaves and cranberry sauce
