Wild mushroom tartlet with smoked duck breast, burrata, and chervil dressing

Cured dill salmon, buckwheat blini, smoked oil mayonnaise

Asparagus and tomato vol-au-vent with a poached egg and chives cream

Heritage tomatoes, parmesan crumble, tomato foam, and wild garlic pesto

Mussel and mushroom arancini, parsnip mousseline, and white wine sauce

 

 

Main Courses

Roasted tiger prawns and chorizo on a rosemary sprig, baby vegetables, black garlic butter

Ox cheeks Bourguignon - bacon, button mushrooms, baby vegetables, red wine sauce

Pork tenderloin, apple samosa, baby vegetables, cider sauce

Free range chicken breast, hazelnut crumbs, baby vegetables, rhubarb ginger beer sauce

Black rice risotto, roasted vegetables, parmesan cheese, lovage pesto

Crêpes Suzette, orange segments, candied orange, Grand Marnier caramel sauce

Peach millefeuille, lavender crème patissière, summer fruit coulis

Dark chocolate fondant, crème anglaise, brandy snap
