This is a very belated thank you for coming to our home last Saturday and treating us to the most delicious supper to celebrate my birthday! The event worked so well - miles better than I had imagined, and the evening just flew by far too quickly! It worked so well and everyone has been so complimentary about the food - many of my friends are still raving about the beef in particularly, though Nigel and I received lots of positive comments about everything! Thank you also Yves for coming to explain the courses - it was lovely of you to do that.

I’d also like to thank Noel for his teams’ skill in discretely looking after everyone so well. It was very impressive how they all worked so quietly together to make everything run so smoothly and made sure that all of our guests had drinks topped up continually and really wanted for nothing.

We’re home from the most fabulous weekend and wanted to extended our greatest thanks to both Yves and Noel for creating the most special evening for us. The food was phenomenal and my mother-in-law said it was the best salmon she’s ever tasted! 

Noel was a delight, so attentive and thoughtful. Unfortunately we’d drank a lot of our wine the previous night so we didn’t leave him with much options left to serve haha but that was absolutely finel and we’ll drink anything with our meals.
